World Through A Windshield - Phase II
World Through A Windshield - Phase II
The "World through a Windshield" series continues as I take a few road trips along the east coast. The first photo has been posted, but watch this space for updates in color and black and white throughout the summer.

World Through A Windshield
World through a Windshield explores long distance road trips as I have experienced them as a child passenger during family vacations and as an adult “driver-human.” All images were taken from the interior of the car to capture a sense of the familiar held by passengers as they journey through different environments.
The photographs for World through a Windshield were taken with a small-format, 35 mm camera to replicate the format of snapshots the average family or tourist would take on vacation. The photographs were taken during daylight hours, and in some images the items in the car complement the light to suggest a particular time – i.e. coffee cups and donut boxes for mornings, fast food bags and containers for the afternoons.
